After the initial strategic planning exercise involving
executive interviews and an e-mail survey of the entire
organization, CresaPartners was able to identify sites
which met the organizations requirements for location,
access, growth and amenities. Shortly before committing
to a preferred site, Allianz acquired a significant
business unit, thereby altering the previous solution
objectives. Additional evaluation led to the acquisition
of an in-fill parcel equidistant between the two existing
company facilities which was then redeveloped with city
assistance. The result is a built-to-suit, state-of-the
art 420,000 sf headquarters facility with future expansion
capacity.
