Achieve economic rental rates with flexible lease terms. Consolidate newly acquired entities with GetronicsWang real estate to eliminate excess space and reap benefits of co-locating.

RESULT
Successfully completed leasing projects averaging 50-75 per year. Wang achieved integration and downsizing goals for 1997 and 1998. During 1999, over 80 leasing projects were completed on behalf of the new entity, GetronicsWang. CresaPartners acted on GetronicsWang’s behalf to achieve these results without requiring additional in-house staff.
