Nortel Networks is a global Internet and communications
leader with capabilities spanning Optical Internet,
Wireless Internet, Local Internet, eBusiness, and Personal
Internet. Nortel Networks is redefining the economics
and quality of networking and the Internet, promising
a new era of collaboration, communications and commerce.
CresaPartners was retained by Bay Networks and Dimension Enterprises
prior to being absorbed by Nortel Networks. CresaPartners
had been retained to locate 25,000 square feet of space
in Germantown for Bay Networks and 77,000 square feet
of space in Herndon for Dimension Enterprises. Both
deals were in progress when Nortel purchased the companies.
A strong relationship between Nortel and CresaPartners
was established during these transactions. As a result,
CresaPartners currently handles all of Nortels
requirements in the area, including the acquisition
of 80,000 square feet in Herndon, VA, the disposition
of 138,000 feet of space in McLean, VA and the acquisition
of 25,000 square feet in Germantown, MD.
