CLIENT OBJECTIVES
Secure controlled long-term growth through ownership of corporate headquarters, in campus environment, at lowest total cost of occupancy.

RESULT
Through a series of complicated transactions over approximately four years, Symantec completed its headquarter campus consolidation with the acquisition of 300,000 square feet in two adjoining buildings. These buildings were acquired through a synthetic lease (off-balance sheet financing).
