Paychex, Inc. Chooses CresaPartners To Negotiate Expansion And Lease Renewal

ORANGE COUNTY – CresaPartners, an international corporate real estate advisory firm, announces the completion of a lease renewal and expansion for Paychex North America, Inc. David Willis, principal with CresaPartners, negotiated a 5-year lease renewal for 53,677 square feet at 200 East Sandpoint in Santa Ana, CA.

“As they have continued to grow, we are pleased to have advised them once more in completing this expansion,” said Willis. “Our relationship with Paychex began 21 years ago when we helped them find a new Orange County location.”

Paychex added approximately 9,000 square feet, a 20 percent increase, to their existing 46,000 square feet space.
