Press Release, May 13, 2010
NEW YORK CITY – CresaPartners has negotiated a 10-year renewal for 7,360 square feet on the 15th floor at One Rockefeller Plaza for law firm Nauta Dutilh.
“Nauta Dutilh, which has been a tenant at One Rockefeller Plaza since the 90’s, considered office space on Lexington and Third Avenues, but they preferred staying in their current location where they were able to take advantage of landlord incentives,” says Marcus Rayner, principal of CresaPartners.
Founded in 1724, Nauta Dutilh is a leading independent, international law firm with more than 400 lawyers, civil law notaries and tax advisors. The firm, which offers a wide range of legal services and has a variety of specialized practice areas, maintains offices in Amsterdam, Brussels, Luxembourg, Rotterdam, London and New York.
Mr. Rayner and Ed Wartels, vice president at CresaPartners, represented the tenant. Owner Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Blythe Kinsler and Samantha Augarten.
