Nationwide Insurance required investigation of existing
and build-to-suit site options in the Sacramento market
to accommodate 150sf/FTE gross density for inbound call
center operations.
Sensitive negotiations were conducted on multiple sites,
comparing existing call center options. CRESA Partners
led all developer and market contact and site due-diligence,
and negotiated the Letter of Intent, Lease and Comprehensive
Work Letter/Delivery Agreements.
Flexible lease restructures were negotiated to allow
for significant expansion of a claims call center in
the Sacramento area. Economic incentive availability
was reviewed and analyzed by CRESA Partners, though
not pursued. The office was relocated to more functional
space, signage was secured, and expansion rights with
favorable lease economics and flexibility were negotiated.
