With over 25 years of professional experience and education in corporate real estate, Joyce offers a thorough understanding of the complex issues involved in the real estate process. She has a proven track record of managing the acquisition and disposition of a broad spectrum of properties. Joyce's experience includes strategic planning and site selection for various local and national corporations. As a part of CresaPartners, Joyce specializes in national real estate portfolio management where she skillfully works through the entire transaction process and negotiates the best possible outcome for her clients.

Joyce's past responsibilities include managing a portfolio of over $80 million of leased space for Ohio Casualty Group and over $65 million of owned assets for US Bank. One of the portfolios was in excess of 1 million square feet of office space. The other portfolio, comprised of more than 160 owned properties, included farm and development land, industrial, retail, premier residential properties, office properties, and land leases that included mineral and timber rights.

Joyce has an Ohio Broker's License and has completed an impressive collection of additional course work to earn various designations in Real Estate, Property Management, and a CPCU in Insurance.
In addition, she is an adjunct faculty member for Cincinnati State and the University of Cincinnati teaching courses in Real Estate and Property Management.
