Heitech Services Relocates, Stays in Lanham

Bethesda, MD - CRESA Partners recently negotiated a 14,686 square foot lease for client, Heitech Services, Inc, at 8201 Corporate Drive in Lanham, MD.  The government contractor plans to relocate from their current office space at 4200 Forbes Boulevard, also in Lanham.

 “Heitech occupied space that was piecemealed as they grew.  Eventually the space became very inefficient and the building ran out of space.  As we considered a stay and renovate, vs. relocate and plan from scratch, it became clear that moving was going to be an easy choice compared to living through a full scale renovation,” explained Schaumberg, “we are happy to have been able to help them through this process.”
