LTS Corporation Expands in DC Metro Region with New Location Bethesda, MD - Maryland-based LTS Corporation signed a new lease, taking additional space within Montgomery County. With the assistance of CRESA Partners’ principal, Tom Birnbach and vice president, Russell Canard, the government contractor secured 22,749 square feet of office space at 10401 Fernwood Road in Bethesda, MD. This location is in addition to their existing 7250 Woodmont Avenue location. “LTS had a tight timeframe to meet their immediate expansion requirements,” said Canard, “so upon finding the appropriate space to support a nearby client, we were able to negotiate their new lease quickly with very favorable terms”.
